What we keep

Your name, email address and the information and documents your organization adds. Documents are private until your organization chooses to share them.

Activity records

We keep a record of who did what in your organization, so you can see it in your Activity tab. This record cannot be edited or deleted. If you delete your account, your name is no longer shown next to your past actions.

Research

If you agree, your activity is included in research on what helps organizations get funded. It is linked only by a code that cannot be traced back to you, and never by your name or your organization's name. You can withdraw at any time in your privacy settings, which also unlinks your past activity.
