Grantibility

How Grantibility works

Funders ask the same questions again and again: who decides, where the money goes, how you keep people safe. Grantibility helps you answer them once, with proof, at the level that fits your stage.

  1. 1. Tell us your stage

Ten short questions about your structure, budget and who you work with set your stage, from informal collective to established organization. You confirm it.

  2. 2. Answer the assessment

Nine areas funders look at, including governance, finances, safeguarding and community accountability. Answer at your own pace. Adding proof is optional while you answer.

  3. 3. Add proof, safely

Existence proof shows something is written down; practice proof shows it actually happens. Where documents are unsafe or don't exist, describe them or use alternative proof. We warn you before anything sensitive is uploaded.

  4. 4. Follow your action plan

Each area gets a stage-aware tier, from Tier 0: Emerging to Tier 3: Investment-ready, and the next steps to move up. Tiers resting on unreviewed proof are marked provisional.

  5. 5. Share on your terms

Your profile and proof are private until you choose. Share a link, a password-protected link or a diligence pack, and see every view in your activity log.

  6. 6. What a tier means, and doesn't

A tier is a current readiness snapshot for one area, read beside your stage. There is no overall score or ranking, and verification covers a single piece of proof, never the whole organization.
